How can I join Mint Surveys and be part of the research Panel?

Registration to our panel is by invitation only. This is in order to maintain a completely random and representative sample. This means that you cannot choose to register without our primary invitation.

How does it all work?

Mint Surveys are a team of online research specialists. Our clients come to us to collect feedback and opinions from consumers across Australia, some of the fees we charge them are passed directly on to you in the form of $AU rewards, through the Mint Surveys platform.

We will send survey invitations direct to your inbox (alternatively you can login to your account and view surveys that are available to you). Each invitation will specify the $AU reward that you can earn.

Once each survey is complete, your Mint Surveys account will be credited with the $AU reward. Once your balance reaches $20 you are able to redeem. We will send you your $AU rewards within 28 days of your claim.

Will you protect the personal information I provide to you?

Absolutely – we take privacy very seriously. All information provided to us will be protected by our privacy policy and adherence to guidelines set by the Australian Market Research Society. For more information please click here to view our privacy policy.

We are a 100% Research business, we will only send you research requests, we are not involved in direct marketing activity and do not provide your contact details to any 3rd parties.

Your survey responses that we give to our clients are provided in aggregate and anonymous form which means you cannot be personally identified.

Who are Mint Surveys?

Mint Surveys is owned and managed by The Online Research Unit Pty Ltd, one of Australia's largest specialist online research companies. The ORU is 100% Australian owned, is a member of the Association of Market and Social Research Organisations (AMSRO) and employs a number of Australian Market and Social Research Society (AMSRS) members.

Some of my personal details have changed (i.e. email address, postal address) how do I change them?

Please login to your account and select 'Your Profile’, here you can change your personal details and profile information. Once changed please ensure you select the ‘update’ button at the bottom of the ‘Your Profile’ page.

Can I have more than one Mint Surveys account?

No, you are only entitled to one account per person. Mint Surveys undertakes regular data checks and if we suspect panel members have created multiple accounts the accounts will be suspended.

Can I have more than one account per household?

At this stage membership is limited to one person per household unless approved by Mint Surveys. If you wish other household members to join our panel please contact us and we will assess it on a case by case basis.

How do the rewards work?

Each survey invitation we send you will specify the $AU that you can earn on successful completion of the survey. The invitation will also specify the reward in the form of ‘points’. Each point = $0.10. On completion of the survey your account will be automatically credited with the applicable amount in $AU.

You are also able to earn $AU rewards for attempting but not qualifying for particular surveys.

To be entitled the points for survey completion we expect panel members to answer surveys honestly and not skim through survey without consideration to responses.

We may do data checks to determine any issues with survey completion. Panellist may be forcibly removed if we detect fraudulent behaviour.

How do I check my current $AU reward balance?

When and how can I redeem my $AU rewards?

Once each survey is complete, your Mint Surveys account will be credited with the $AU reward, once your balance reaches $20 you are able to redeem. Once claimed, we will send you your reward in the form of a Coles Myer Gift Card within 28 days.

To redeem your rewards you will need to login, select the 'YOUR REWARDS' page and then click on the 'Redeem Rewards' button.

How do I unsubscribe and therefore stop receiving Mint Survey invitations?

You can unsubscribe on our website by clicking on the following link and entering your email address and ID/password.

If you do not wish to take part in any future surveys from Mint Surveys, please send an email to support@mintsurveys.com.au with the word 'unsubscribe' in the subject heading. Alternatively, please reply to the latest survey invitation by clicking on the "Click here to unsubscribe" link located toward the bottom of the invitation. You can also call us on 1300-364-138 during business hours or leave a phone message out of business hours. (Please include your email address and ID in your response).
